Qualifications
- Proficiency in aircraft structural repair, modifications, troubleshooting, and inspections
- Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to structural maintenance
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Completion of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) or equivalent program is preferred
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance or structural repair is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively on-site
